Manage orders and dates to Service Delivery requirements and goals, including managing order dependencies both internally and externally. Verifying customer orders by ensuring all relevant information is contained in the request and then raise a request on ordering systems and vendors. Working within the delivery organisation in the provisioning department. Provide timely updates of a high quality back to internal customer base. To work as a junior order manager responsible for the proactive management of in-flight orders, ensuring that we drive vendors to meet committed dates to support accelerated delivery/revenue realization.
